My name is Earl Aspiras, and I am a graphic designer, director, writer, and editor from Scarborough, Ontario. I recently graduated from the York/Sheridan Graphic Design program and work primarily on print, motion, and broadcasting media.
I was raised on TV, movies, games, and technology, and spent most of my days watching everything from Cartoon Network to CNN, developing a passion for all visual media. Now, I work as a freelance designer and a video editor, as well as developing scripts.
A storyteller first and foremost, my design is developed with a visual narrative in mind, with an awareness of the culture it resides in. I am interested in how each visual medium communicates and engages its audience, and believe that exploring other media has a lot to offer each other.
